Gemini Downs Coorong Holiday Centre has 4 self-contained cabins.

Each cabin has:

1 bedroom containing a double bed with either bunk or single beds.
A separate, equipped kitchen & dining area with fridge, bench top gas cooker, microwave and TV.
An en-suite bathroom.

Units.

Gemini Downs Coorong Holiday Centre has 4 self-contained units.

All Units feature:

A Queen sized bed at one end of the main open plan living area, with singles or bunk beds in a separate bedroom.
A spacious, open plan living and dining area.
A 51cm TV and a DVD player.
Fully equipped kitchen facilities, including fridge, full sized stove with oven and microwave.
An en-suite bathroom.

The Bunkhouse.

The bunkhouse has 9 individual rooms and can accommodate up to 54 people in total. (For larger groups, rooms can be made available in 4 cabins and 4 units, accommodating a further 42 people up to a total of 96.) It has a conference room, featuring, 2 large desks, whiteboard and comfortable chairs. The kitchen-dining room has seating for up to 70. A Franklin Fireplace warms the dining area. Firewood is supplied. There is a BBQ and patio.

Kitchen Facilities:

3 refrigerators.
1 freezer.
2 double sinks (hot and cold water).
1 large Sink (hot and cold water)
1 commercial gas stove.

All cooking utensils, crockery, glasses, cutlery, etc. available in the kitchen.

All persons using the bunkhouse will need to supply their own towels, pillow and sleeping bag or sheets & quilt (in winter add an extra blanket), and tea towels for use in the kitchen.

The ablution block and the laundry are shared with other camp patrons.

Catering:

We can cater and plan a menu which suits you and your group's budget or self cater if you wish.

Caravan sites and camping.

Gemini Downs Coorong Holiday Centre has a 8 shady powered camping sites in the main camp area. (The main ablution/toilet and shower block is in the main camp adjacent to the powered sites and bunkhouse.)

A large un-powered camp site, is set slightly away from the main camp. Edged with shady gum trees this site allows plenty of room to set up camp and is a great area for family to kick the footy or play cricket.

A male-female toilet block is located in the un-powered site camp area.

All other facilities are in the main camp area.

Pricing:

Holiday home fee for 2 people per night:
Minimum two night stay: $100.00. Extra child three years plus: $5.00. Extra person 16 years plus: $10.00. Linen bring own or hire, per bed: $10.00.
The holiday home sleeps four people. Queen bed, two singles.

Cabin fee for 2 people per night:
Off Peak: $60.00. Peak times: $65.00. Extra child three years plus: $5.00. Extra person 16 years plus: $10.00. Linen bring own or hire, per bed: $10.00.
Cabins 1 and 2 sleep five people. Double bed, bunk bed, single bed.
Cabins 3 and 4 sleep six people. Double bed, two bunk beds.

Unit fee for 2 people per night:
Off Peak: $70.00. Peak times: $75.00. Extra child three years plus: $5.00 Extra person 16 years plus: $10.00. Linen bring own or hire, per bed: $10.00
Unit 5 and 6 each sleep four people. Queen bed, two single beds.
Unit 7 and 8 each sleep six people. Queen bed and two bunk beds.

Bunkhouse minimum fee for up to 25 people per night:
One night: $300.00. Extra person: $12.00. Two or more nights: $250.00. Extra person: $10.00. Three night long weekend: $250.00. Extra person: $10.00. Four night long weekend: $300.00. Extra person: $10.00.
The bunkhouse sleeps 54 people. It includes kitchen dining and conference a room. All persons need to bring their own linen, sleeping bag, pillow, pillowcase, towel etc.

Caravan sites and camping fee for 2 people per night:
Powered site: $20.00. Unpowered site: $15.00 Extra person (under 3 years free): $5.00.

Kitchen & dining is available for hire if all cabins and units are booked. $100 per night.

Payment:
The standard deposit is one night accommodation. Long weekends is 50% of booking.
Visa, Bankcard, MasterCard, cheque or money order accepted.
Check in after 2pm. Check out by 10.30am on day of departure.

Cancellations:
Any cancellation will incur a fee of 20% of deposit paid. If cancellations are within thirty days of booking, it will incur a fee of 50% of deposit. If cancellations are within one week of booking, there will be no refund available. No deposits will be refunded for long weekend bookings.
